Membership - Harcourt Progress Association

As a member-based organisation, Harcourt Progress Association relies upon active participation and contribution from community members. We warmly invite new members to the HPA.

Membership Criteria

Membership of the Harcourt Progress Association Inc. is open to residents and landowners within Harcourt and the surrounding areas of Barkers Creek, Ravenswood, Faraday, North Harcourt, Ravenswood South, and Sutton Grange who support the Purposes of the Association. If you do not meet this basic criteria but have a connection to Harcourt, you may still apply and have your application considered by the Association’s Board. Such a connection may include association by employment, recreational participation, family ties, previous residence or similar.

How to Join

Please complete the application/renewal form found here and either email to treasurerhpa3453@gmail.com or post to HPA PO Box 135, Harcourt, Vic. 3453.

New applications will be considered by the HPA Board. Once approved, you will be notified and asked to pay the membership fee. Payment in advance is also accepted and in the unlikely event of a refused membership a full refund will be given.

Current fee structure is:

$12 concession member
$24 full fee paying member
$36 two full fee members living in the same household
